Warehouse Clerk

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for daily warehousing operations;
• Handle incoming and outgoing goods, keep inventory, VAS, etc.;
• Stock take of inventory to ensure that the goods is stored safely and correctly;
• Follow supervisor’s instruction to ensure smooth and safety operation in Warehouse;

Requirements:
• HKDSE graduate or above;
• Basic PC knowledge in MS Office Application including MS Word and Excel;
• Detail-minded and responsible
• Willing to take up physical works
• Experience in e-Commerce will be an advantage (Fresh Graduates also welcomed)
• Immediate availability will be an advantage

Product Executive

Responsibilities:
• Manage sales package & inventory of assigned product lines to achieve company target;
• Coordinate among internal & external parties to ensure an efficient and timely order process;
• Maintain good relationship with vendors & partners to optimize business opportunities;
• Propose and implement sales and product plan for business development;
• Negotiate with vendors to improve price competitiveness and costing structure;
• Stock arrangement and sales order follow up for backlog orders;
• Carry out vendor promotions and marketing activities;
• Consolidate competitive information

Requirements:
• Associate Degree or equivalent;
• Proficient PC skills in MS office, especially Excel
• Detail-minded and responsible
• Creative and highly self-motivated
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Experience in e-Commerce will be an advantage (Fresh Graduates also welcomed)

• Any programming knowledge (in particular Power Query, SQL and VBA) will be an advantage

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to customers
• Handle general service enquiry and complaints from customers via phone, Whatsapp, email and other online platforms
• Handle and follow up client enquiries and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Follow up after-sales service including but not limited to delivery, order cancel and refund, etc
• Responsible for showroom appointment.
• Responsible for ad hoc assignment if required

Requirements:
• Experience in customer service (University Students also welcomed)
• Ecommerce operation experience will be an advantage
• Good command in both English and Chinese
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and “Can Do” attitude

Responsibility:
• Maintain, architect and build Pegasus’ Web platform;
• Drive continuous improvement in the efficiency and flexibility of the platform and services;
• Build and maintain highly scalable and reliable architecture on both front-end and back-end;
• Commitment to high code quality and delivery requirements.

Requirements:
• Graduating / Graduate Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering Information Systems or related disciplines. (Relevant work experience is a plus);
• Good knowledge in HTML, CSS, VueJS, and Docker;
• Good knowledge on relational databases (PostgreSQL, GraphQL);
• Attention to detail and demonstrable design and UX sensibilities;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.

數位行銷實習生 Digital Marketing Intern

The Digital Marketing Intern will be supporting the digital marketing and business development of the company in ad-hoc research,
assist in developing social strategies and upcoming Online + Offline (HKCCF "電腦節" 2021) projects during the internship.

Responsibilities:
– Researches and analyses a variety of marketing information, including market trends, pricing schedules, competitor offerings, product specifications, and demographic data.
– Presents findings to marketing teams to help guide the direction and activities of the department
– Works with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials
– Provides expert direction and insight to marketing staff members throughout each project or campaign
– Acts as a go-to resource for up-to-date, accurate research and market information
– Tracks marketing strategy results closely and creates detailed reports with data analysis and other feedback
– Adjusts marketing plans as needed in response to data.
