Full Stack Developer
Responsibility:
Web based backend development based on Javascript (TypeScript) and SQL
Manage and maintain our serverless backends in Cloud;
Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance.
Provide support for system rollout and implementation
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering Information Systems or related disciplines.
- Relevant work experience is a huge plus.
- Good knowledge in JavaScript (TypeScript), SQL, SvelteKit, Cloudflare and Firebase, HTML and CSS,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, a team player with strong analytical, problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills

Software Engineering Intern / STEM Internship
Responsibility:
- Assist with web-based backend development using JavaScript/TypeScript and SQL
- Help manage and maintain our serverless backends on Cloudflare Workers and Firebase
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot and optimize application performance
- Support system rollouts, deployments, and integration testing
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline
- Basic understanding of:
- JavaScript/TypeScript
- SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- HTML & CSS
- Familiarity with any of the following is a plus:

Customer Service Representative
Responsibility:
• Handle customer inquiries via online chat, email, and phone
• Process returns, repairs and exchanges while ensuring a smooth shopping experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
• Maintain accurate customer service records and reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (operations, logistics, and marketing) to optimize customer experience.
• Assist in updating FAQs and customer support guidelines.
Requirements:
• Proficient in typing both Chinese and English (Chinese 40 wpm / English 40 wpm)
